Orders

After setting up your account you have access for placing order. We will confirm your order by email and you can fill-in all your particulars.
We will then send you order number, delivery firm and confirmation of delivery address, and amount due.

Prices VAT included and are always expressed in euro.

We accepts order from other countries on request.

Uplift for delivery from Cantina Monday to Friday. We do not deliver spirits outside Italy (law 504).

Conditions:

Any complains please get in touch with la Cantina within 21 days of delivery, but, we will always be available for further information if any problems arise.
We only supply to over 18 years of age.

Responsability:

We are not responsible for quality of product but remain available for all complaints.
In case of complains or breakages please contact us immediately.

We ship wines and produce to most countries in the wolrd. Our shipping is undertaken by couriers and is specially packed for export. All wines come with taxes and duty paid in EEC countries.

Privacy Policy

With reference to D.lgs 196/2003 (Italian Law), we will keep all personal information reserved and will not be trasmitted to anyone else.

Holder of Information

With reference to art: 13 D.lgs 30 June 2003 n.196 (italian law) the Cantina del Vino will store all your personal information.

Disponibilty of Product

All wines are for immediate (or day after) delivery, depending on time of ordering. If you wish to order an item that is not on view please contact us directly.
